As the Fiat 500 finally reaches North American shores, Romeo Ferraris has decided to celebrate the occasion with a very limited edition version of the Abarth 500. To be called the Abarth Ferrari 695 Tribute, we currently don't know how many will actually be produced and shipped stateside. With an increase to 260 hp (up from 180 hp), the tuner has added new camshafts, racing pistons, larger injectors, a remapped ECU, and a new dual-tipped exhaust system with a sports catalyst.
They have also had to reinforce the clutch attached to the electronic gearbox in order to withstand the higher torque. The Brembo braking system remains unaltered. Final pricing has not been announced, but the base model Romeo Ferraris Abarth in Europe already goes for more than €40,000.
