If you want to give your Ford a more hardcore appearance or an uptick in power and performance, you could do a lot worse than Roush Performance. Just take a look at the company's modified Ranger to see what we mean. Now, Roush has worked its magic on the Ford Bronco, an SUV that recently stunned with a series of rugged builds at SEMA.

Roush's Bronco R Series, available in kit form, gives the Bronco a more purposeful appearance and more capability. The R Series upgrade is compatible with both two- and four-door Broncos, any trim, and regardless of whether the 2.3-liter or 2.7-liter V6 EcoBoost engines are fitted.

Roush promises that the kit takes the "ultra-capable Bronco even further, both in appearance and capabilities." Outside, the Bronco R Series is livened up with hood graphics, a Roush banner, American flag graphics, and a Jack Roush signature decal. Four-door Broncos also get a body-side graphic. Special Roush wheels were designed specifically for off-road use, although the all-terrain or mud-terrain tires are not included with the purchase. This Bronco gets a larger capacity air filtration system, increasing durability and maintaining water-fording of up to 33.5 inches. Further boosting the SUV's abilities is a high-clearance axle-back muffler complete with a removable Roush-branded black exhaust tip.

Moving inside, Roush has equipped a floor protection kit and an off-road recovery kit. The latter includes a weatherproof hard case, a recovery strap, D-links, a flashlight, and work gloves. There is also a center console locking vault to keep your valuables safe.

Best of all, the Roush upgrade comes with the peace of mind of a three-year/36,000-mile limited warranty and a lifetime warranty on the exhaust system. Roush will also throw in a certificate of authenticity and a Roush-branded R Series crate and collection box. The package starts at $6,750 - not much more than the Sasquatch Package - over and above the cost of the base vehicle.
