Rumor: Bugatti Galibier 16C to Enter Production as the Royale

Concepts

The Bugatti Galibier 16C concept is set to begin production at the end of this year. The super-sedan, according to Autoblog.nl, may be re-christened the Royale and built in Molsheim, France (the same place where the Veyron is built). The sedan's elegant front with a short overhang gives it a strong profile, however its sharply sloping rear gives the Bugatti more of a 'Royale with Cheese' look.

The 8.0-liter turbocharged W-16 engine produces an output of 800hp and is mated to a dual-clutch gearbox. The interior is where the Bugatti really makes its mark, with a gorgeous brown wood and leather finish. The Bugatti Galibier 16C has a projected price at about $1.4 million and will enter the market in 2013.
