Say Hello To The All-New Jeep Wrangler

Jeep introduces us to the new Wrangler.

After months of waiting, Jeep has finally given us a glimpse at its iconic offroader, revealing three images of the all-new Wrangler. We aren't sure why FCA decided to only partially show off this important model, but this is all we have for now. Jeep has not revealed any new information regarding pricing, engines, availability, or even a full suite of images. Unsurprisingly, the real thing looks a lot like the renderings.

We knew that the design of the new Wrangler wouldn't be a drastic departure from the old model. The new Wrangler keeps the iconic Jeep grill with the signature round headlights and square taillights. Jeep has stated that the new model is more aerodynamic than the outgoing model, which was a bit of a brick. Like previous Wrangler models, the top is clearly removable with a built-in roll-bar for added safety. Jeep was also able to keep the fold-down front window and removable doors for even more open air freedom. Jeep says that more information and additional images will be available on November 29 at the Los Angeles Auto Show.

We were a bit disappointed to see that Jeep really didn't reveal much here. The only morsel of information that we received is that the new Wrangler will boast more advanced fuel-efficient powertrains, safety features and advanced technology than the previous model. We'll have to wait until later this month to find out more about the new Wrangler. In the meantime, enjoy the images.
