The Wraith just got even better.
The all-new 632HP Rolls-Royce Wraith St. James Edition is the most powerful vehicle to ever roll out of the Rolls-Royce factory. This special Wraith features plenty of extra styling cues compared to the standard model. Some of which include chrome-lined door handles, special aluminum window lining, an all aluminum front grill and sporty looking five-spoke aluminum wheels. However, it should be pretty obvious that these styling extras are not what make this the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever manufactured.
The specially tuned 6.6-liter, twin turbo V12 engine that produces 632 horsepower is what gives this unique Rolls such elite status. However, the V12 only produces an additional 8 hp when compared to the standard model. In fact the torque ratios of the standard Wraith and the St. James Edition are exactly the same: 590 lb-ft at 1,500 rpm. So even though this limited Wraith may claim the title of most powerful Rolls-Royce ever, any hype surrounding this vehicle's title may be slightly overblown. Although it's yet to be confirmed just how many of the St. James Edition Wraiths will be produced, we're sure that the marginal upgrade in horsepower won't deter wealthy Rolls-Royce fans from clamoring to make yet another purchase.
