Ahead of their debut at Detroit next week, Scion has lifted the lid on the FR-S and tC Monogram Series. The carmaker is hoping the limited edition luxury trim models will entice new buyers to the brand. Priced from $27,400, the FR-S Monogram Series comes with HID headlight, LED DRLs and a body-color rear spoiler. Inside, the cabin is spruced up with leather/Alcantara trimmed heated front seats, a push button ignition, dual-zone automatic climate control and a "frameless" rearview mirror.

It also comes equipped with a BeSpoke premium sound system with integrated navigation and heated outside mirrors. The Scion tC Monogram starts at $21,400 and comes with heated leather front seats, a leather-wrapped gear knob, push button ignition, fancy door trim and accent stitching, and the same premium sound system as the FR-S. Exterior treatments are limited to a rear spoiler and rear window wiper. Both models go on sale in February with production limited to 2,000 FR-S and 2,500 tC units.
