But he denies racing.
Seattle Seahawks running back Fred Jackson should have probably kept his football pads and helmet on when leaving the Seahawks team facility this Tuesday. That's because Jackson and his C7 Corvette were allegedly involved in a street race against Dodge Charger driving teammate Marshawn Lynch, which took an unexpected turn. Jackson ended up losing control of his Corvette and crashed straight into a stop sign, badly damaging the vehicle. Thankfully, no one was hurt in the incident.
Moreover, in spite of reports of the two players drag racing, Jackson denied doing so and police corroborated the player's claims stating that there was no evidence of a street race, but "he was clearly driving too fast when he hit a street sign."
