The word "insanity" is used here as a compliment.

Putting giant supercar engines into motorcycles has most certainly been done before. There was even one built by Dodge themselves some years back. But they are obviously absurdly impractical things, so only the most determined loonies ever build them. Fortunately, we have a video of one such looney here, a man who has built a motorcycle with a Lamborghini V12 with individual throttle bodies and two side-mounted radiators.

There aren't fans, so it couldn't sit idling for too long without overheating, but practicality obviously wasn't paramount in the design anyway. We absolutely love it.
