The 2012 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport Concept is getting ready for its premier at the 2011 SEMA Show next week. The American co. released the first rendering of their powered-up 'Vette this week and it contains some slick designs to go with its added performance. The Grand Sport Concept's exterior features a carbon fiber front splitter and rear spoiler. The interior contains a Bose sound system along with iPod hookups and racing pedals.

The racing pedals are fitting, as the engine has been tweaked up for performance. The 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine puts out 430hp thanks in part to the aforementioned motor touches along with a dual-mode exhaust and Magnetic Selective Ride Control. The concept was built to celebrate 30 years of "Corvettes at Carlisle." The event is one of the largest annual Corvette events in North America. It is finished in Carlisle Blue on the exterior with a Pearl White racing stripe running the length of the car. The Concept sits on a set of silver Torque 2 wheels.
