The Audi S5 Coupe gets a second aftermarket program from Senner Tuning.
The Audi S5 Coupe has proven quite popular with German tuning firm Senner. This is their second aftermarket program geared towards the sedan and, much like the first, features splashes of red and more power. Senner Tuning's first package for the Audi S5 involved lifting the power output of the coupe's 3.0-liter supercharged V6 engine from 328 horsepower and 324 pound-feet of torque to an impressive 371hp and 369 lb-ft. The new package raises the bar slightly to 377hp and 370 lb-ft.
These improvements come via the use of a high-grade stainless-steel sports quad-exhaust system and upgraded air filter while performance has been optimized with a power converter for the electronic gas pedal. Top speed is claimed to be an agreeable 186mph, up from the stock version's 155mph. New exterior graphics bearing Senner Tuning's name has been added along with RS5-sourced light-up door handles. The interior, meanwhile, gets black and red leather trim. Carbon pieces have been added throughout the cabin while a Race Ring carbon fiber steering wheel increases the sportiness of the Audi coupe.
The side skirts and rear fascia with integrated diffuser are also built out of carbon fiber, tying both the interior and exterior together. The Senner Tuning Audi S5 Coupe runs on set of 20-inch Varianza T1S wheels, finished in a metallic red. Measuring 9-inches in the front and 10.5-inches in the back, they are augmented by a KW Variant 3-coilover suspension, much like the previous package from the Germans.
