The breath-taking Sesto Elemento from Lamborghini arrived in Monterey earlier this week for the 2012 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. The Italian automaker announced that each of the 20 units planned to be built would carry a price tag of $2.2 million and, of course, with insane performance, incredible looks and egregious amounts of carbon fiber, some (the one-percent) might say it's worth the expense. The Sesto Elemento is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10 sourced from the Gallardo.

With an overall output of 570 horsepower and just under 400 pound-feet of torque, it can sprint from 0-62mph in only 2.4 seconds. After its debut at the Concours, Lamborghini brought the incredible supercar to Lamborghini Newport Beach's showroom for an official unveiling for their customers. Moving the Sesto Elemento from the truck and onto the showroom stage was no small feat, mind you, since the Italian supercar sits incredibly close to the ground. Plenty of wooden planks and ramps were needed.

One of the LNB reps commented on the new Lambo, saying that "The sound was just incredible, something that you only could dream of hearing in person." Though we weren't able to be there in person, we do appreciate Spencer Berke's from LNB snapping these for us. We also look forward to seeing some more photos and video of the Sesto Elemento on display at the Californian dealership.
