Expected to fetch 600,000-750,000 euros.
Considered one of the top supercars of its time – and perhaps of all times – the Ferrari F50 has continued to maintain its aura of greatness since the 349th and final unit left the Maranello factory in 1997. Now, one of the rare examples from that same year is being offered for sale by Silverstone Auctions at its Salon Prive evene on September 4th. With 6,300 miles on the clock, it is expected to fetch between 600,000 and 750,000 euros when it crosses the block.
This example was delivered new to a customer in Germany, and later immigrated to Japan for several years. Likes its few brethren, it is powered by Ferrari's naturally aspirated V12, sourced from a 1992 Formula One car. The F50 produces 513 horsepower and 347 lb-ft of torque.
