They put a lot of effort into making this video.
Not so long ago, enthusiasts would have to dig through old Japanese videos buried online to get their fix. But today, drift videos are a dime a dozen. Drifting has become as mainstream as can be, and with that popularity comes sponsors to throw money at it. Drifting videos have continued to climb in their refinement and this video probably takes the cake. It features Pike's Peak champion Mike Ryan in a beastly Freightliner, going up against a built S13. It takes a lot of skill to maneuver something that big around the docks.
That being said, the video is a bit over the top. Production value is high, with lots of slow motion, ramps, and an overall Hollywood style. What do you think? Do you prefer the old grassroots style drift vids, or these high cost ones?
