Someone Spotted A 2019 Camaro And It Looks Less Ugly In Person

That is why we always reserve judgement until we see it live.

Earlier this month, a rift opened up and divided the internet into two factions. It wasn't the political climate, nor was it the latest report of Tesla's inability to build the Model 3, it was the introduction of the 2019 Chevrolet Camaro. Never before have we seen a car instantly divide enthusiasts so strongly. Even GM diehards have found themselves questioning the very fibers of their reality, and Ford fans have simply grown tired of laughing so hard at GM's "mistake." We didn't comment on the new Camaro's looks, and there's a good reason why.

We have a little rule in the CarBuzz office; don't judge a car on its looks until you see it in person. Even the McLaren 720S looked odd in press pictures, but came alive in person. Luckily, YouTube channel Dolby109 happened to see a 2019 Camaro in the wild, so we can get a better idea of how it will look in real life.

It may not be as good as seeing it with our own eyes, but we can already tell the Camaro is going to look a lot better in person. Seeing the car in this video has softened our stance on the refreshed looks, so we are glad we followed our own rules on this one.
