South Korean Electric Handbuilt Spirra Heading to Europe

493 horsepower and 0-62 mph in 3.2 seconds.

South Korean automaker Oullim Motors has just announced plans to bring its Spirra sports car to European markets in the near future. The car, which in its local market is offered with a Hyundai-sourced 2.7-liter V6 engine making up to 493 horsepower and 397 lb-ft of torque, will be offered in Europe with an all-electric powertrain. Oullim promises that the all-wheel drive EV will produce the same performance numbers as its gasoline counterpart.

That means that the electric Spirra will be able to sprint from 0-62 mph in just 3.2 seconds before reaching a top speed of 193 mph. The 200,000-Euro car will be unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, but should feature a design similar to the current generation, pictured here. At this point, there is no talk of importing this Korean to the US.
