Speed Dating in Renault Clio RS

Commercials

Going for a speed date in a hot hatch looks about as appealing as an actual speed date.

Women, being the gentle creatures they are, go speed-dating to look fortheir soul-mates and one true love. For men, it’s about getting asmany women’s numbers as possible, cutting straight to the chase without havingto spend hours flirting and emptying their wallet at a restaurant or bar. While that’s easily donewhile face-to-face over a table, as Renault demonstrates in its “ultimate speeddate” video, it becomes far less trivial when speeding around a frozen track in aClio RS.

Created by the French carmaker’s Belgium arm to showcase the new hot-hatch's capabilities, the video turns the idea of speed dating on its head with the woman in the driver’s seat - literally and figuratively.
