Spotted in the Swiss Alps, the new 2012 Audi S8 was fully uncovered and showing off some towing power. The new S8 features a sporty front bumper and an upgraded twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8. This is a big boost compared to the old 5.2-liter V10, with the new motor capable of putting out almost 500hp. The 20 percent more fuel efficient motor will also run on the base Bentley Continental GT as well as Audi S6 and S7.

Bigger brakes for the S8 help control all those horses and like all of its S-class brethren, the S8 will rock 4 chromed exhaust pipes on the rear. The official debut for the Audi S8 is schedule for the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show in September.
