Photos have just come into the CarBuzz office of the Speed version of the Bentley Continental GT. This is the first time the Bentley has been seen free of camouflage and this comes just one month before its scheduled debut in Frankfurt. The current GT Speed runs on a twin-turbocharged W12 that puts out 600hp. We expect the new Speed model to put out even more power and gain a bit more fuel efficiency. We are guessing the output will be somewhere in the range of 621hp and 590lb-ft of torque.

Fuel efficiency will be helped in part due to a purge of 143lbs. The Speed should live up to its name with a 0-60 sprint time of under 4 seconds. The 2013 Speed edition also features a redesigned front bumper that's meant to make the Bentley look more aggressive. The front fascia contains three sections and is a bit deeper. An upgraded dashboard will include a new satnav system and the interior also features new seats. The Continental GT Speed sits on some big five-spoke 20-inch wheels, the same that adorn the stock Continental GT.

The 2013 Bentley Continental GT Speed will debut next month at the 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show in Germany. Pricing is expected to be around $200,000. Photos Credit: CarPix
