After nearly a decade, Rolls-Royce is finally planning some updates to the V12-powered Phantom.
Once again, our spy photographers have delivered the goods. Today we have for you the first image of a Rolls-Royce made under BMW ownership. Their Phantom has been on the market literally unchanged since 2003, so it's now obviously time for a facelift. We know it's a little hard to tell, but if you look closely at the front-end you'll notice that the lights are hidden under cammo, which has some fake sticker lights. That trick didn't work this time.
Since this kind of car doesn't need a major facelift and the fact that current owners don't want their cars to suddenly look old, BMW is keeping things very mild. Also expect some minor changes inside with an updated sat-nav and infotainment system as well as upgrades to the 6.75-liter V12 engine that will have more power (currently rated at 453hp) and less CO2 emissions.
