Here are some new spy shots of Peugeot's new B-segment model, to be dubbed the 208. The only distinguishable detail for the moment is the front grille, which is clearly inspired by the larger 508. The rest of the car remains a mystery draped in sheets. Under the hood, the Peugeot 208 will most likely use the same engines from its Citroen C4 cousin, such as the 1.6-liter THP with 200hp.
The 508 will also feature a new three-cylinder turbo gasoline engine as well. There will also be three and five-door hatch versions, a coupe-cabriolet, a wagon and even a possible crossover. The Peugeot 208 is scheduled to make its debut sometime in 2012.
