Spied: Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe

Spy Shots / 40 Comments

The Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe is testing in the cold weather ahead of its highly-anticipated debut.

Porsche's new 2013 911 (known as the 991) is spawning its usual lineup of variants. They include (and we have already seen debut) the 911 Carrera, Carrera S and the Cabriolet, and now we have just received the latest spy shots of the 911 Turbo Coupe. With all-wheel-drive, the 911 is attaining supercar status and can handle the snow like a boss. It appears that the 911 Turbo Coupe's winter testing is going smooth, however Porsche has still covered up the bumpers and side air intakes so we aren't sure what the final styling will end up looking like.

If past Turbo variants are to be considered, they should look a bit beefier and flow nicely with the German supercar. It will be 4-inches or so longer than the 991 new-era Carrera. Our fingers are crossed for an over-200mph top speed and possibly over 540hp. We will see, in the meantime enjoy the latest spy photos of the new Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe.
