Award

Stunning color finally gets a name. Unfortunately, they didn't go with our suggestion: Smurf Nuts Blue.

After receiving more than 11,000 entries, the name Chrysler deemed worthy of this awesome hue is ‘Competition Blue.’ One of three finalists judges had picked alongside Viral Blue and Overtaking Blue, the winning name was submitted by Chicago-based Patryk Skarzynski who was awarded for his creativity with a trip for two to the 2014 Rolex 24 at Daytona and a mini speedform of the Competition Blue SRT Viper (a sculpture valued at $300).
