South Korean automaker SsangYong has just released the first teaser photos of their new compact crossover concept, the 1 XUV (Excellent User-Interface Vehicle). It will debut next month in Germany. The 1 XUV was created to show off SsangYong's range of design. The concept features large glass surfaces and rounded edges. The windshield was designed to give a curved and smooth look to blend in with the driver and passenger's windows. The interior features seating formations arranged in either a 1+1+2 or 1+3.

The interior design is quite interesting, and the technology used in the concept allows for a wide range of flexibility. Everything in the interior can be controlled via mobile devices (aka cell phones) and electronic instruments. The SsangYong 1 XUV concept is set to debut in September at the 2011 Frankfurt International Auto Show.
