We've got good news, boys and girls: production on "Transformers 4" has begun. Director Michael Bay revealed on his website that principal photography has begun in Monument Valley, a Navajo tribal park on the border between Utah and Arizona. And as usual, it will feature some cool cars transforming into robots. Among those cars will be a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport (in two-tone black and baby blue) and a lime green Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, complete with a race-spec rear wing (which was probably included for transformability).

Alongside the Veyron and Stingray – which we're already dying to see in robot form – Bay also released an image on his website of the new Optimus Prime. This time the leader of the Autobots is based on a Western Star big rig, complete with red flame graphics over dark blue and plenty of chrome. Though the robots and cars will be the big stars of the movie, the studio has also lined up the likes of Mark Wahlberg, Stanley Tucci and Kelsey Grammer to headline the film that's set to come out on June 27, 2014. We can hardly wait.
