How good is a stock Ford Mustang Shelby GT500? Well, anyone can head to their local Ford dealership and buy one for around $55,000. And yes, it comes with 662 horsepower. For the dollar to power ratio, that's one hell of a bargain. But how does the GT500 do the on the drag strip when up against the Chevy Corvette Z06, Nissan GT-R, Porsche Panamera and the Lamborghini Gallardo? Bear in mind only the Stang is stock; all of its competitors have been given some aftermarket upgrades.
