Subaru revels in presenting special editions of its rally-bred WRX. Unfortunately, as the title suggests, these latest editions won't be coming Stateside, but the trio of special Imprezas are still worth checking out. First up is the WRX Club Spec, built exclusively for Australian consumption. Limited to 300 units, the turbocharged four-door sedan comes in tangerine or black with a host of upgrades including 17-inch alloys, a black STI spoiler and door mirrors and special badges abound.

Available only with a manual transmission, optional extras include an STI body kit made up of a front spoiler, short shifter and flexible strut tower brace bar. The Club Spec WRX will go on sale Down Under in August priced from $41,490. Subaru has also released two special editions for the Japanese Domestic Market. The first is a sedan variant of the WRX STI spec C, which gets a more efficient turbocharger and retuned ECU for an unchanged power output of 304 horsepower but increased torque at 317 lb-ft. A stiffer suspension and aluminum hood complete the exclusive refinements.

Finally we have the WRX STI A-Line type S Package, which comes with a 2.5-liter turbocharged unit mated to a five-speed automatic transmission, with Alcantara seats and trim and 18-inch BBS forged alloys.
