Supercar Suicide: Ferrari F430 Spider Crashes into Austrian Lake

Crash

There’s no coming back for this red beauty.

After veering off the road, the 36-year-old driver of this bright red Ferrari F430 Spider crashed into a lake somewhere in Austria. Reports on the ground suggest the Prancing Horse careered down a 70 meter hill before plunging head first into the two-meter-deep pond. Thankfully, the driver escaped unhurt, and was able to call the emergency services from a nearby house. Firefighters arrived shortly thereafter, removing the Italian exotic. While it appears to have minimal cosmetic damage, a drowned engine means the supercar will likely never run again.
