The Suzuki Equator has a reputation for being known as a tough, stylish, and comfortable choice for drivers who want style and utility. For the 2010 model year, Suzuki revealed the 2010 Suzuki Equator Sport 4X4 Extended Cab pickup truck. This vehicle is powered by a 261-horsepowered, 4.0-liter V6 engine with automatic transmission. The Sport Extended Cab also features a long wheelbase, and it's available with either rear-wheel or four-wheel drive.

The 2010 Equator Sport Extended Cab is fitted with a tire pressure monitoring system, Hill Hold and Hill Descent Control, and anti-lock brakes that have given the vehicle great safety ratings. All Equators are equipped with the same interior storage packages, including overhead lamp, and dual glove box. Competition includes the Toyota Tacoma, Dodge Dakota, and Nissan Frontier.
