The 2010 release of the Suzuki Grand Vitara is available with some new welcomed features. The compact SUV that seats 5 has a side-hinged rear cargo door for easy loading and unloading, and the vehicle is offered with two engines. One is a 166-horsepower 2.4-liter 4-cylinder that comes in either a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic. The other is a 230-horsepower V6 that has a 5-speed automatic. With both, a choice of rear-wheel drive and two all-wheel-drive systems are available.
The 2010 Grand Vitara comes in five trims: Base, Premium, Special Edition, XSport, and Limited. RWD is standard on the base, Premium, and 4-cylinder versions of the XSport and Limited. Newly standard on all models is a navigation system, and a sunroof, keyless entry/engine start are standard on the XSport and Limited.
