At the end of the month we'll be seeing plenty of concepts come through the doors of the Tokyo Motor Show, and having previewed Nissan's Pivo 3 earlier today we now have Suzuki's offering of a similarly compact and fuel-efficient city car. Housing a host of technical gadgets, the next-generation compact car can achieve 32km per liter via the efficient turbocharged 800cc block coupled to a continuously variable transmission (CVT) transmission.

Helped by a Stop/Start system, sleek aerodynamics, and a low body weight of just 730kg, CO2 emissions are a mere 70g/km. In terms of its aesthetic qualities, a trendy green paint job contrasts well with the white roof and the five-door hatch has a similarly colored interior; the overall package is very pleasing on the eye and should be a firm hit with small-car enthusiasts.
