Spanish supercar maker GTA has revealed it will be honoring this year's Geneva Motor Show with its presence, arriving with an updated 2015 Spano. Replacing the previous model's 900-hp 8.4-liter V10 will be an in-house developed 8.0-liter twin-turbo V10 rated at 925 hp and 900 lb-ft of torque. The firm says that will translate to a 0-62 mph time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed in excess of 230 mph.
As well as a new engine, the latest iteration of the GTA Spano will boast a new body made of carbon fiber, titanium, Kevlar and graphene (a thin layer of pure carbon), and following its Geneva reveal will enter a limited run of 99 units. The single teaser image reveals a new back end with restyled LED lights, one half of a quad exhaust setup, a menacing new diffuser and a prominent trunk lid spoiler. A full reveal is expected any day now so watch this space.
