Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis have been making great strides as manufacturers this year, with each of the brands under the Hyundai Motor Company launching new vehicles and debuting new technology. The Genesis GV70, for example, will have an innovative fingerprint scanner. We can't wait to try out all the new goodies when the luxurious new SUV launches, but when will that be? Well, Genesis has teased the GV70 one last time in the below video and has also taken the opportunity to announce exactly when we will see it debut. Tuesday, December 8 is the date, and we can barely wait.

It seems a bit odd that Genesis would release a teaser video when we've already seen the vehicle revealed in full, but this was likely done to drum up more hype ahead of its launch. As you may already know, the new Genesis GV70 will feature an elegant yet striking design with split headlights and taillights, as well as a large front grille and similar elements at the rear housing dual exhaust tips. Wheels as big as 21 inches will be offered, hopefully without any detrimental effect on ride quality. Stunning design continues inside as the cabin of the GV70 will be just as beautiful as the exterior.

Nappa leather seats feature in a two-tone interior that makes the cabin feel as spacious as possible, while a 12.3-inch 3D digital driver display keeps things neat and simple as with the rest of the stunning cabin. Infotainment will be managed via an expansive 14.5-inch display with a rotary dial much like that of BMW's iDrive being provided to control the system. We don't yet have any official communication on what engines will be offered, but we're sure that our suspicions of a 2.0-liter turbo-four and a twin-turbo 3.3-liter V6 will be confirmed when the official debut happens next week. Excited? We are.
