TechArt is teasing a special supercar debut at Geneva.
With the 2019 Geneva Motor Show now less than one month away, automakers have begun their exhaustive teaser campaigns for new models that will debut at the event. Among the most anticipated new model debuts include the luxurious Aston Martin Lagonda SUV, Honda Urban EV, Polestar 2, and Pininfarina Battista. Now, TechArt has announced it’s bringing a new mystery modified Porsche to the Swiss show.
Dubbed the TechArt GTstreet RS, the tuner teased the modified Porsche will have as much as 770 hp on tap but didn’t reveal which model has received the tuning treatment. Judging from the teaser photo, we could be looking at a modified version of the 911 GT2 RS, which packs a twin-turbo 3.8-liter flat six that produces 700 hp in standard spec. We can also expect the TechArt GTstreet RS to be lighter and deliver "uncompromising performance” and "unrestricted on-road driveability". All will be revealed on March 5.
As well as debuting the new supercar, TechArt will also show off its Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid at the show, which has an increased output of 759 hp and 722 lb-ft of torque ( up from 671 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque ), an aftermarket exhaust, an exterior styling package, and interior upgrades.
A new interior developed with premium furniture design brand Rolf Benz that debuted in the Porsche Cayenne Turbo last year will also be showcased in Geneva, along with new Sport and Sport+ Packages for the Macan and the GTsport Package available for the 911 Turbo S. The latter package will be presented in Geneva on a 911 Turbo S Cabriolet featuring visible carbon fiber body add-ons and a power boost from 580 to 640 horsepower.
