Very soon you'll see them on the lot of your local Ford dealership. That's because production of the all-new 2015 Ford Mustang is currently underway. You've seen the photos since its reveal last December. Many checked it out in person at a show, but only now have test drives begun. And Consumer Reports is one of the first to get behind the wheel of this latest pony car. The redesigned Mustang is sleeker, more refined and powerful than its immediate predecessor. An independent rear suspension replaces the old live rear axle.

And, holy crap, a turbocharged four-cylinder is optional and more powerful than the standard V6. YThe Mustang has changed somewhat, but at its core it's still a Mustang. Or is it? Consumer Reports has its first taste behind the wheel.
