A MINI dealership in Plano, Texas is not interested in the typical building layout. Instead, Sewell MINI of Plano features an interior and exterior that are truly unique. The 23,000 square-foot showroom and service center has been designed specifically for the needs of the customer in order to make buying a MINI a fun experience. There's an arcade-style waiting area with X-Box stations and number of vintage arcade games.
iPads can also be loaned out and there'll be car and pet washing stations (really) opening later this year. The interior features a huge highway mural on the ceiling that has a suspended fiberglass body of a MINI hardtop hanging upside down. There's also a classic Mini on display. Outside, the building has black walls with large brand logos and 180 feet of LED lights that mimic the changing colors of the cars' interior mood lighting. Definitely different, but it's cool to see a dealership taking pride in their brand, even if the pet wash sounds a little off. Then again, MINI's are often bought by women who carry dogs in their handbags.
