If you love good-looking, well-appointed, affordable executive cars than the Skoda Superb is, well, a superb choice. The Czech carmaker has just revealed the third-generation of its flagship sedan, and its razor-sharp handsome lines, roomy interior and array of cool features should make US dwellers jealous. The 2015 Superb's upscale design boasts a sleek new grille flanked by optional bi-xenon headlights with integrated LED DRLs, a sculpted hood, and what Skoda calls a "tornado line" spanning the car's length.

Previewed by the stunning VisionC concept that debuted at Geneva last year, the new Superb will have Audi A6 and VW Passat buyers thinking twice. With a 80-mm longer wheelbase, it offers plenty of cabin space and a cavernous boot. Skoda says there are 29 'Simply Clever' features in the new Superb including not one, but two umbrellas in the doors, a rear-seat tablet holder and LED flashlight. Optional goodies include heated seats, twelve-speaker Canton sound system and a panoramic glass roof, while engines include the 280-hp 2.0-liter turbo-four from the Leon Cupra mated to a dual-clutch transmission and optional all-wheel drive. Skoda says the new Superb is the best car it has ever made. Shame we'll never get to find out.
