The Apollo Automobil Intensa Emozione is one of the most unique, and most exclusive supercars around. The Apollo IE has been around for a few years now, but we still can't get over how great these cars look, and more importantly how amazing they sound. A highly exclusive 'Carbon Dragon' version has just landed on US shores, and it's breathtaking.

This unique example is number five of only ten cars being built and gets its name from its exposed carbon exterior, similar to the original concept. In a YouTube video posted by Miller Motorcars, we get to see this exotic beast take a few laps around the legendary Lime Rock Park circuit. Instead of going for the sensible, reliable, and effective twin-turbo V8, Apollo has stuck with a Ferrari-based naturally-aspirated 6.3-liter V12 engine that produces a massive 769 horsepower and 561 lb-ft of torque. All that anger is channeled through a fully bespoke exhaust system that leaves nothing to the imagination. Unfortunately getting your hand on one won't be easy, as there are extremely limited numbers available. If you get the chance, expect to pay up to $2.71 million for one.
