"Born of a Blue Sky" artfully captures the beauty of the 18th Annual Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance.
Pebble Beach may be the bigger name when it comes to the American concours scene, but when East Coast collectors and enthusiasts wanted a classic car show of their own, automotive photo-journalist Bill Warner established the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance at a golf resort in Florida. Now in its eighteenth iteration, the Amelia concours this year honored several 50th anniversaries, including those of Lamborghini, the Porsche 911, the Corvette Stingray and the Ford GT40.
Gifted videographer Justin Lapriore of LetsMakeMedia was on hand to shoot and produce one of the most artful automotive films we've seen lately. Entitled "Born of a Blue Sky", it's follows last year's "Past Glory", and while it's 16 minutes long, it's well worth watching.
