Despite its size and weight, the 2013 Chevy Camaro SS 1LE handles superbly. In fact, Motor Trend claims it's the best-handling Camaro ever. On this latest episode of Ignition, Carlos Lago and professional driver Randy Pobst take the car to Willow Springs International Raceway for some track-day fun. In addition to what's offered in the SS trim, the 1LE package adds some track and comfort essentials like stickier tires and suspension modifications along with an all-black hood, among other performance-enducing goodies.

Powered by a 6.2-liter V8 that pumps out 426 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque and mated exclusively to a six-speed manual, this modern muscle car is designed to go head to head with the Ford Mustang Boss 302. We're dying to see a proper matchup.
