The countdown for the most coveted car of the year begins.
It's going to be the undisputed star of the 2016 Geneva Motor Show and ever since Bugatti unveiled its Vision Gran Turismo concept, speculation about the styling of the Veyron's successor has been rife. We've seen a handful of amateur renderings – some good, some not so good – and most recently spy shots of the Chiron have emerged as the French carmaker has taken the 1,500-hp exotic out and about for crucial road tests.
We're now only a few weeks away from the official unveiling of the Bugatti Chiron, and thanks to talented rendering artist Alex (check out his other work here: Art by Alexander S.) we have what are the clearest indication yet of what the new 300-mph limited run hypercar will look like. Taking elements from prototypes seen testing on the road and adopting some of the design cues from the Vision GT, we think these renderings are extremely close to the final design. And on March 1, we'll see just how accurate they are.
