The Dartz Black Alligator Will Be The Next James Bond Villain's Badass Ride

Movies & TV / Comments

Kevlar-covered. Latvian-made. Alligator leather interior.

Our favorite, well, only, Latvian opulent car company is back, and it's as over-the-top as ever. Think guns, vodka, and random animal skins. Dartz is no stranger to going overboard, specifically with those batshit insane Prombron armored vehicles, like the gold-plated example custom-built for Sasha Baron Cohen's "The Dictator." We've been chatting with Dartz owner and founder, Leonard Yankelovich (just call him Leo), and he graciously sent us these images of what the production-spec Prombron Black Alligator will look like.

We previously saw the Kevlar, titanium, and carbon fiber-covered Mercedes-AMG GLS 63-based SUV in pre-production form not long ago at the Gumball 3000 rally. The final version is still in its final stages, but Leo divulged to us that the Black Alligator will be seen in the currently untitled 25th James Bond film.

Another Dartz vehicle, the Black Iron, shown in the video clip, was also featured in "November Man," starring previous Bond, Pierce Brosnan. Leo also met Sir Roger Moore, who was checking out the Dartz Red Diamond. Of course it'll be the villain's car. Coincidentally, Daniel Craig only a few days ago announced that he'll return, likely for the last time, as Bond. Plot details are a closely guarded secret, but thanks to Leo's inside knowledge, we at least know the unnamed villain has a thing for alligator skin, specifically a $30,000 alligator skin steering wheel encrusted with 292 black diamonds and two rubies. Welcome back to the crazy world of Dartz.
