The beautiful Ferrari Testarossa is one of the Italian marque's most famous models, having starred in the TV show Miami Vice, not to mention that several celebrities chose to buy one at some point. That list includes Michael Jordan, Mike Tyson, and former Formula 1 racing driver Gerhard Berger. It's no surprise, then, that Ferrari fans were excited when Swiss firm Officine Fioravanti announced it would be developing a Testarossa restomod. Earlier this month, the company showed us what this gorgeous masterpiece looked like from the outside and we weren't disappointed. Now, we have our first glimpse of the craftsmanship that has been applied to the interior.

As expected, the quality and attention to detail appear to be exemplary, and wouldn't look out of place in a new 812 Superfast. Officine Fioravanti has made use of exquisite leather and other fine materials that look gorgeous. Although we can't see the cabin in full yet, what is obvious is that a lot of brown leather has been used. The stitching and piping are in a reddish-orange hue, and this contrasts beautifully with the caramel leather. Officine Fioravanti's logo has been incorporated into various spots, but this has been done so in a classy fashion. The company has also created bespoke fitted luggage for its Testarossa restomod - these cases perfectly match the rest of the interior.

The cabin will retain the original car phone but Apple CarPlay has been added, as has a modernized sound system. We can also see that door sills will be customized with the names of those who commission the cars, while technological trickery apparently extends to an adaptive exhaust and variable suspension, among other things. These all add weight to the claim that "the interiors have been updated and made more pleasant to the touch."

Recent reports indicate that the restomod will be powered by a 4.9-liter V12 with 510 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque. The top speed of 201 mph easily surpasses that of the original car. Based on everything we know about it, this restomod could be one of the year's best.
