The Ford Bronco has taken the off-road community by storm. People simply can't get enough of these retro-inspired SUVs and the waiting list is now over two years long. But Ford still promises the world, and 2022 will see numerous new trims being introduced, with a hardcore Bronco Raptor promised further down the line. While Ford rushes to get orders filled, Ford CEO Jim Farley is all too aware of what needs to happen next: an all-electric Bronco. Farley teased the idea of a Bronco EV back in May of this year, but eager fans can get behind the (remote-controlled) wheel of an all-electric Bronco right now.

This remote-controlled Bronco might not be able to take you and your bros up to the forest cabin for a weekend of beer and shooting at stuff, but it will cost you a fraction of what the real thing will, and you can take it off-roading literally anywhere. This little RC runs on a 12-volt battery, and just like the real deal, features removable doors and a removable bed cover. The detail on this remote-controlled Ford is impressive and even features functioning LED headlights and a working FM radio with MP3 compatibility. This kind of tech would've been unheard of back when most of us were kids.

In case of a serious puncture, there's a spare wheel included, and the ground clearance is respectable enough for you to let your kids climb curbs just like you will when a parking space is hard to come by. Whereas the real Bronco Raptor promises a power output of around 400 horsepower and a set of race-ready Fox Shocks, there's no word on top speeds, operating radius, or price for this mini meanie, but those interested in buying one of the first-ever Bronco EVs can expect this RC to hit Target shelves soon. Want to be the coolest parent this Christmas? You know what you have to do now.
