The Lamborghini Body On This Dragster Is Pointless, But Still Highly Entertaining

Supercar

It would be criminal to do this to a real Lamborghini.

A purpose built dragster with a big blown V8 sticking out the front of the thing will obviously have very little in common with an actual Lamborghini Countach. But you can make your drag car look like just about anything you want, so why use the same muscle car-styled bodies over and over? There is some history behind using those, but Alf Sciacca Racing clearly thought it was high time to shake things up a bit with a Lamborghini Countach-bodied racer.

You can see the car racing here at Sydney Dragway, where it's doing passes in the low 7s.
