Borat would say "Very niiice." Ali G would say "Diz car iz wick'd gold. Respek." As Bruno would say... well let's not go there. From the guys who brought you the SUV with a whale penis leather interior, Latvian carmaker Dartz has announced they are building a golden armored car for English comedian Sacha Baron Cohen's new film The Dictator. Cohen's role in The Dictator has stirred up a bit of controversy of late (which of his films hasn't?).

According to Paramount, the film is loosely based on the novel Zabibah and the King. Written in part by Saddam Hussein, Cohen plays the role of a "dictator who risked his life so that democracy could never come to the country he so lovingly oppressed." From oppressive to impressive, according to Dartz the SUV is being described as 'gold'. Gold everything. The Dartz Prombron SUV is bullet-proof in every sense of the word. Bullet-proof windows, doors, wheels etc. you get the point. Given Cohen's over the top personality and characters, it only makes sense that his ride fits the same profile.

Billed as the world's strongest and most luxurious car, the Prombron reminds you more of a tank than anything else. Though we don't know the exact model Prombron that will be featured in the film, it should have a V8 with 360-400hp and weigh around 8,800lbs.
