The New Audi Q7 Is The Closest You'll Get To A Private Jet

On four wheels, of course.

The moment you step inside this thing you know it's unlike most other three-row crossovers out there. The 2017 Audi Q7 is the closest thing most of us will get to being in a private jet. That's the impression we had in our latest video review. Powered by a fantastic 3.0-liter V6 with 333 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque and paired to an eight-speed automatic sending power to all four wheels, this second generation Q7 is even built on the same platform as the Bentley Bentayga.

Obviously the Q7 costs an awful lot less than the Bentayga, but don't think for even a moment the Q7 is a bargain variant of the lux Bentley SUV; this is outstanding German uber luxury and technology.

For example, there's a 12.3-inch LCD configurable display in the cluster as well as an 8.3-inch screen that pops out of the dash. Compared to its predecessor, this new Q7 is lighter and faster, but there's one thing we're not totally thrilled with: the exterior design. It's just not as sleek as the first Q7.
