Honda is all ready to show the world the look of its all-new Civic coupe. The automaker is bringing the two-door to the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show, and we're hoping it looks super similar to the concept it showed in New York earlier in the year. The Civic Concept stole the spotlight at the show thanks to its sporty and aggressive styling. In addition to its good looks a 1.5-liter turbo VTEC engine was announced, as well as a six-speed short-shift transmission.

Now the new Civic coupe won't exactly look like the concept shown in New York. We know that because Honda said as much. We also have the Civic sedan to go off of. Still, Honda's executive vice president in the US, John Mendel, said in New York that the production version wouldn't stray far from the concept's design. So with the LA Auto Show coming up and Honda confirming the Civic coupe for it we're left to wonder if the automaker has the stones to actually put such a badass two-door into production. We wouldn't blame them for pulling back but really, really hope that's not what happens. Honda is just starting to get fun again.
