Drifting a BMW M3 (and now the M4) may have always been a popular pastime for owners and drivers, but safety features on previous generations of the car - especially the LCI E92 M3 - made it pretty much impossible to do so from a standstill. But the M4 comes with a 'Smokey Burnout' feature that disables active traction control systems. Combined with its Sport Plus mode, drifting basically comes standard in the new model. The guys from Autoblog Holland were lucky enough to really put the M4 to the ultimate burnout test.
