We heard only a few days ago that this one was coming and now here it is, just ahead of its official debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The Porsche 911 GT3 Touring is the new purist-focused 911 that may just pick up where the 911 R left off. We don't have complete details just yet, but thanks to these leaked images on the Porschegt_nl Instagram account, what we can confirm is that it'll be manual only. There's also no GT3-like rear spoiler, but the rear bumper with vents and twin central exhaust pipes remain.

The front spoiler also looks like it's a carry-over from the GT3. Also notice that the engine cover is apparently the same as the standard 911's. What we don't know at the moment is whether the GT3 Touring Pack will be a limited edition, like the 911 R. Fortunately, the GT3's 493 hp remains. The Sport Chrono package will also be an option along with available carbon ceramic brakes. We'll have plenty of more details and live photos shortly, but in the meantime, start saving if you want one.
