On the heels of their Caravan Cargo Van rolling off the production line, Ram could hypothetically produce the smallest truck in existence by basing it on new parent company Fiat's Doblo Work-Up. This possible (however unlikely) scenario, was first raised by The Truth About Cars yesterday. The rumored Doblo Work-Up is available with three diesel engines which consist of a 1.3-liter MultiJet with 90hp, a stop-start equipped 1.6-liter MultiJet Power has 105hp and finally a 2.0-liter MultiJet Power that delivers 135hp.

The 1.6-liter version currently sells for £17,065 in the UK. Fiat also claims the little truck can carry over a ton of payload and over 3,190 pounds of maximum load on the rear axle. If the Work-Up were to come to the States, it would be one of the smallest pickups on the market, however there are no plans at the moment for it to arrive stateside. For now, U.S. buyers have the new Caravan Cargo Van for their small business needs.
